Reformation – Techniques that improve the way we react to events or change in our lives. These techniques involved cognitive skills, technical skills, or a combination of both.
Transformation – The ultimate change. Change happens from within us emotionally, cognitively, behaviorally, and physically. During the transformation, values are solidified, beliefs are strengthened, actions are deliberate, and boundaries exist.

Executive Formations are coaching sessions for senior leaders who many be new in the role or looking to improve their leadership approach. This usually involves 360-assessments, or other specialized assessments that focus on areas of development for these leaders.
Organizational formations consist of coaching, consulting or both. Areas of consulting may include:
